Carving 101- Natural Branch Coat Hooks
Come learn the basics of carving and head home with a beautiful coat hook that can be mounted on a wall or door. In this workshop we will go over the fundamentals of slojd carving. This Swedish technique uses just 3 tools; hatchet, flat knife, and hook knife to produce many useful home goods from green wood. You will be able to take the basic skills gained in this course to carve many things!
Log Grown Shiitake Mushroom Workshop
Hang out with a couple of fungis (Jared & Dylan) and learn how to inoculate your very own shiitake log. All materials are included and you will take home your inoculated log at the end.
